Terms

Site rules for mistyroot.buzz (operator Studio Mistyroot, phone +386 1 679 8448): read before you pay a deposit or leave items at Čopova ulica 92, 1000 Ljubljana.

We may refuse laundry jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at Studio Mistyroot — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.

Rescheduling laundry visits: write [email protected] or call +386 1 679 8448 before the posted open — same-day swaps depend on bench load.

Indirect damages from website downtime on mistyroot.buzz are excluded where Slovenia law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.

Photos and copy on mistyroot.buzz stay with Studio Mistyroot. Personal project photos you send to [email protected] remain yours; we only use them to quote.
